so this my website (Resource no longer exists) which was not accepted by adsense, though it has almost everything ok according to adsense policies (I think so:cool:).
yet i got this same email 5 time after a year long application and modifications… i have read the mail but have started to think that their something adsense team is not telling new publishers about their new approval process clearly..u know there are things like already saturated niche or traffic threshold requirements, if it is so why dont declare it officially. here is the email for your review,

Site does not comply with Google policies: We’re unable to approve your AdSense application at this time because your site does not comply with the Google AdSense program policies or adhere to the Webmaster Quality guidelines. It’s our goal to provide our advertisers sites that offer rich and meaningful content, receive organic traffic, and allow us to serve well-targeted ads to users.

looks like a bot sends a ready made mail template to publishers, hard to see what to work on now…..
