   I don't like out-of-the box designs. You should really work on the colors and icons. Currently it just looks like just another vbulletin forum with no personality that I will forget shortly after I visited it.
   
   Also you have many forums which is ok for very busy forums but if you are just starting out then my suggestion would be to reduce them to 20 (better 10) forums or less.
   
   Less forums make a forum look active much more quickly.
   
   If you start working on a design for your forum think about making your forum fixed width.
   
   Besides that fixed width makes a forum look much more professional it helps you with advertising placements. Other then that you can always try my vB4 AdSense Integrations:

   Hard to tell from this size of the image.
   
   Try to embedd it with the img code and not as attachment.
   
   But as far as I see it you only changed the header so far.
   
   I personally don't like the vB colors. Granted they are well chosen but they are used by thousands of vBulletin forums.
   
   Try to find your own color scheme.

   Why not go with a different color then blue. Try red and yellow instead,

   This would fit your motorcycle topic much better because people associate it with speed.
   
   Also get yourself some forum icons.
   
   You have such a cool logo (the motorcycle without the page name) which you can use as forum icons (post/no post).
   
   You are using a fixed design which is good but I would think about if you really need the sidebar.
   
   If it was my side I would get rid of it.
   
   You used my mod "AdSense as second post" which works ok, but with the welcome ad and the ad inside the first post a third ad as 2nd post is too much in my opinion.
   
   Even though you'll probably get a bit higher CTR with that spot think about your visitors too.
   
   Try it in the last post for a week and see if it makes so much of a difference in earnings.
   
   If it doesn't, keep it in the last post, if you earn a lot less then in the 2nd post undo the change (and report back here!!! :D)
   
   Ah and your navigation needs a little more contrast ;)
