Adsense and ajax-delivered content

Hi everybody. Apologies if you consider this an old topic. But I’m hoping things may have changed so I’m trying this post here.
I develop reasonably high-traffic (250K-pages per month and growing), dynamic websites with rich, user-generated content. My CTR is around 0.5% and from what I’ve researched, it could be 10x bigger.
My sites use ajax to update divs with content served from an sql database in response to a user click on a link. This way, only a part of the page is updated and there is no flash to white you see on ordinary pages when an entire page is loaded.
Adsense and MadAdsMedia Together?

Today I got approval from MadAdsMedia. But I heard they are serving ad through DoubleClick, basically google ads.
Has Anyone Tried MadAdsMedia.com? Can I use Adsense and MadadsMedia Together?

adsense and panda update

Helllo all, i had wierd day yesterday and i want to share and see what do u think, 20 of my website, all unique content, with good bounce rate 15-28%, 300 visitors a day, those net of adsense just hit hard by google panda i think. (made 90usd a day with this net)
In one day(yesterday) all those 20 website, all unique, just got same adsense code, fall on rank in google from page 1 to page 5… but stil other 2 sites with same case didn’t fall on rank, any clue what’s happend yesterday? Is it happened to anyone else?
If google hit the seo by checking same google pub on sites…. should i make a small companies per 4-5 websites to make a good money ?

Adsense Appeal

Hi
I am not sure if I am at the wrong place, but my Adsense was banned due to invalid clicks.
I admit that I intentionally click on those ads and I regret on my action now.
My appeal failed as expected and my second appeal was no news till now since 14 days back.
Do you think I have the chance to get my Adsense account reinstated?
Should I send an email instead or fill up the appeal form?
