   That will result in not much traffic from google I'm afraid, currently your traffic must be very low on this particular site since Alexa rank shows 18 million.
   
   If you'd like to increase the traffic you could pay for advertizing via adwords, or you'd have to rethink your site and give it another format, but that will involve a lot of extra work.

     As the site is new yes the traffic is vey low but the conversion rate thro Amazon is very high and also adsence clicks are good.
     
     Google won't let me use adwords for this site so what I need is a way to get more traffic any ideas?

   It's a difficult question due to the structure of your site. If you don't have any other related site better trafficked to send traffic from, you could seek alternative advertizing than adwords, ad networks such as buysellads.com and similar let you browse through their publishers inventory, so you could find sites targeted towards women and advertize there.
   
   I don't know how you could get traffic organically, I mean via search engines, sorry.
