Put Adsense Ads On A Same Website Associated To Previously Banned Adsense Account

Hi

Previously I was banned for invalid clicks which I assumed is someone who spammed clicks on my google ads. Did reported, but google denied my appeal.

Now my question is that, since my adsense account is banned now, and previously I have put adsense ads on this website.

So, now I want to re apply for a new account with new address, new IP, new bank account, and I want to put the adsense ads on the same website that associated to the previously adsense banned account, will my new adsense account get disabled?

My website is not banned by google adsense, it is only my adsense account is banned. My website is still adsense ads displayable after using this tool to check

    Yes, most likely they will keep a very close look on your website.

    If you did not change the whois data of the domain as well the risk is high to get your new account disabled as well.

    How can I change my whois and I thought that whois is protected anyway if you pay for it.
