Adsense Appeal

I am not sure if I am at the wrong place, but my Adsense was banned due to invalid clicks.

I admit that I intentionally click on those ads and I regret on my action now.

My appeal failed as expected and my second appeal was no news till now since 14 days back.

Do you think I have the chance to get my Adsense account reinstated?

Should I send an email instead or fill up the appeal form?
