Adsense late payment October

Were any of you affected by the late payment this month? My Adsense account didn’t update for the month of October and displays $0.00 when I did have income (over $100) and I’m still making income.

In other words, I made over $100 in September but this amount didn’t update on my payment page…

I’ve used the Adsense form and reported the issue on 10/26 but just got generic form response:

Since this response, I’ve heard nothing….

Because of this, I’ve started to diversify the ads that appear on my site. So far, I’ve added infolinks and I want to start selling my own ads to supplement my income so this type of situation shock me.

Lastly, there is no way to contact Adsense by phone. When I the support line, it stated there is no phone support for Adsense.

    Just be patient and don't panic yet. I received my money this month.

    That is most likely a reporting issue and you'll get your money.A
    And if it really is a bug Google will fix it and pay you later.

    It's a known issue:
    September earnings incorrectly showing as $0 on Payments page.

    Details: For a small number of publishers, finalized September earnings are displaying as $0. It appears that this is a synching issue between our payment system and the frontend, so rest assured that your earnings were correctly calculated and will be paid out as usual.

    Our team is actively investigating this issue, and we will provide an update as soon as we can. No action is required if your account is affected by this issue.

    yes, payments have been sent, it's just that they show $0 in the payment reports, no big deal.
