   Correct everything you made wrong seriously and then contact the AdSense Team, apologize and let them know that you corrected all errors. Good luck
   
   This approach could get you banned also though.
   
   You can also try to correct everything and try to wait if anything happens.
   
   And next time better read the TOS :)

   Unfortunately getting a second chance the honest way is simply not possible. Once you're banned then you can't get back inside the program, and forget about having a meaningful conversation with a wall. But there are ways such as changing address, or opening an adsense account in the name of another person and making an arrangement for sharing the money. But this also bears risks of your new account being associated with the banned one.
