First and Last Post – Google picking up the ad words
(written by Toon)
Since updating to the latest version of ads in the first and last post, google has started to pick up the wording above my ads first before the actual content?
Any ideas why and how to prevent this?
Thanks
Hello to all, Looking for the solutions
(written by methow)
Hi all, I am Running a site (Resource no longer exists) having 12000 posts and getting about 500 articles a day posted by registered users. I have 5000 registered users at this time and this list is going to be increased very fast day by day.
My problem is that how to check that the article posted by user have quality content and most importantly the article is original.
Is it good to add three ad units beside each other at top?
(written by Waleed Barakat)
I have a responsive games website which can be visible on Desktop, Mobile, Tablet and any other devices.
I have added three ad unites at the above the fold section but it can be shown as three only at desktop, but on mobile or tablet it show 1 or 2 or 3 depending on the screen size.
The question is:
Large rec text wrap with text above ad
(written by DADOCTOR)
Hello,
I have had good success with adsense on my forum.
I have a large rec in my first post which was floated right and worked well.
I did a test with the ad located floated left and I did get a good increase in clicks, but as it is located on the left it pushes to text to the right which I expected.
I have been trying to wrap the ad so that there is a one or two lines of the post content above the ad so that long content posts wrap around the ad top, side and bottom of the ad.
I would be able to do this to my blog and my other sites but they are not forums.
Is there a way to do this? I have had a look at plr.li content which has content wrapped around ad block with a dotted line (………..) which I think is an image? at the top and bottom of the ad. I think I could do something similar
If you have an ideas how I can do this it would be appreciated.
My forum is (Resource no longer exists)
Regards
Ryan
Left or right makes a big difference for AD Placements and CTR
Today I want to talk about the positioning of ADs inside of the content.
For a longer time now I have integrated my ADs inside the content on the right side.
A few days back however I changed the position of my last AD Unit on a page at the bottom of the content to the left.
The difference in CTR is significant.
