Adsense CPC and CTR issues??

(written by waqar)

I lot of publishers face issues with having low CPC and CTR, so Let me tell you this.

Adsense Ads don’t use CPC or CTR as their algorithm stats

I repeat they don’t use these stats they are for you and me to understand, then what does Adsense uses?

Adsense uses, RPM, which is a bit scientific thing.

If CPC would go higher if CTR for your website is low and CTR would go high then CPC goes low?

So fixing this issue is important in order to get perfect revenue from Adsense

Best of Luck,

Any Questions leave a reply 🙂

Custom Ad Sizes….

(written by christopher)

Ok, now we can all use different ad sizes:

Announcement: Inside AdSense: Introducing custom ad sizes: More ad formats to fit your site

Help Center: https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/3289364

There’s lots of cheering about this in various forums.

I’m not sure I’ll be taking advantage of this though. At least not right away.

It seems to me that if you use a non-standard size, there will be less ad inventory (display ads) and, if there’s less inventory, there will be a lower average cpc. Unless…. they are just resizing standard size ads?

I don’t know, sounds like it’s going to create chaos and lower cpc to me. I’ll just stick with standard ads for a while here and watch what happens with this.

What do you’all think? I am I just being an old fart that’s to resistant to change?

Chris

Great Adsense Secret to overcome low CPC

(written by techguru)

Hi Everyone,

I recently joined adsense experts and I want to share a great secret that you can overcome low CPC for adsense ads. You will have to search for adsense ad preview tool on google and install it on your PC. It works only with internet explorer.

After you are done installing then open your site and right click on the ad anywhere and click on “Google adsense preview tool”. You will get a box opened where you will see the urls to adsense ads.

Select all those URLs and scroll down to see the URLs of all the websites.

Hello from Florida (zerofeel)

(written by zerofeel)

Hello,

My name is Andy and I own tabletroms.com and I am from Sarasota, Florida. I run my website out of my garage and my little dream is starting to grow but I need funding to pay for devices for my communities developers.

I was actually doing pretty good until I tried to experiment and now find that my cpc has almost been cut in half. My CTR is only around .30 but this is a forum and I dont know if there is anything I can do to really increase it.

I have read so much information to the point that I am confused and have drive myself bonkers.

Any pointers for the ad placement in my forums would be greatly appreciated.

Andy
