Anyways, I run a website (go figure). Here are our stats from google analytics, for the last 30 days.

I understand AdSense is strict as far as discussing specifics relating to your AdSense statistics and what not.
I will say that those numbers earned me approximately $360.
Now I understand that the niche is a factor, but from what I have been reading, that number is fairly low compared to the statistics. Our layout is a typical two column wordpress theme.
Currently we are running a Leaderboard in header, a Wide Skyscraper in sidebar, and a Large Rectangle in each individual post. I don’t know what else to try, am kind of just looking for any alternative suggestions.
About ad placement you can improve it by analysing the stats of each ad unit.. From what you said and if the most clicked ad unit comes last in your html code, then the cpc (rpm) will be low.
You should spend some time analysing each ad unit performance and make some changes following your conclusion, then let a few days pass (depending on your traffic) then analyse again and take action again, repeat that process, that's the only way to gain knowledge and optimize your earnings.
