Adsense Banned my account but can’t find out exact problem

Hello Adsense experts,

I am working with google adsense since last 4-5 years. Yesterday got mail from adsense that My Adsense account been disabled . And here is mail I got :

Hello, This email is to alert you that your AdSense account was found to be non-compliant with our AdSense program policies and as a result, your AdSense account has been disabled.

Current account status: Disabled

Action required: None

Violation explanation

All sites participating in the AdSense program should adhere to Google’s webmaster quality guidelines. Below are some excerpts from these guidelines but we recommend that you take the time to review them in their entirety.

• Make pages for users, not for search engines.
• Don’t employ cloaking or sneaky redirects.
• Don’t load pages with irrelevant words.
• Don’t create multiple pages, subdomains, or domains with substantially duplicate content.
• Don’t participate in link schemes designed to increase your site’s ranking or PageRank.
• Avoid “doorway” pages created just for search engines, or other “cookie cutter” approaches such as affiliate programs with little or no original content.
• Avoid tricks intended to improve search engine rankings. A good rule of thumb is whether you’d feel comfortable explaining what you’ve done to a website that competes with you. Another useful test is to ask, “Does this help my users? Would I do this if search engines didn’t exist?”
• If your site participates in an affiliate program, make sure that your site adds value. Provide unique and relevant content that gives users a reason to visit your site first.

Sites that don’t meet these guidelines may be removed from the search index and have AdSense ads disabled. If this has happened to one of your sites, you need to modify your site so that it does comply with the guidelines and then submit your site for reconsideration. Once your site has been included in the index then you are welcome to file an appeal to re-enable ad-serving.

Payment

As your account has been permanently disabled, we will withhold payment of your account balance. As stated in the AdSense Terms and Conditions (https://www.google.com/adsense/localized-terms), Google reserves the right to withhold payments from publishers due to any breach of the program agreement.

Please note that this step was taken in an effort to maintain the quality of the AdSense program and to protect the interests of our AdWords advertisers. The earnings on your account will be returned to the affected advertisers.

Since your account was found to be in violation of our program policies, all of the sites you were monetizing have had ad-serving disabled and they are no longer eligible for participation in the AdSense program.

Now let me give you whole explanation. In year 2013 started some niche website and also started Youtube channel. And all are working great. But after 5-6 month some of niche website got notification in webmaster for thin content and got penalized .

But I am getting some $$$ from those website so not removed ads from those website.

And in youtube channel I never got copyright strike but before 4-5 days ago send “Commercial use rights”.

And as mentioned in mail that website may de-indexed or disable adsense on website so I checked out all website but all are indexed and also put my friend adsense code on every website for checking that on which website adsense is disabled but it’s showing on each and every websites.

Now I am confused for which reason my adsense get banned.

So expert please help me to find out issue.
