First and Last Post – Google picking up the ad words

Since updating to the latest version of ads in the first and last post, google has started to pick up the wording above my ads first before the actual content?
Any ideas why and how to prevent this?

Google Adsense Warning about Rejected Ad Requests

Google just sent out an email warning publishers they need to fix "Rejected ad requests" errors by August 15, 2012. The warning also appears in the Adsense interface (if you have any rejected ad errors).
If you visit the How to fix these errors page, the fix involves using a Google adsense tag (or Google Doubleclick for Publishers tag, etc.) to tell Adsense the page where the ad has been placed. Example tag:
googletag.pubads().set("page_url", "URL");
My question:
How do you replace "URL" in the above example with the current page’s url?

Hello, I have a site that gives minecraft video tips to minecraft lovers. The site got over 40k adsense pageviews last month but I only got 83 clicks. Can someone please help me optimize my adsense? I’m willing to pay if you really really know what you’re doing. Thanks.

The question I have is what consideration do you put on the first ad type on the page on your Adsense site and the particular placing of this ad?

I know that Digital point is one of the highest paid forums by Google so he must be doing something right and I was really wondering how to get this ad spot.
