Adsense Targeting Question

Recently my adsense CTR plummeted (through no changes what-so-ever!) on my end. It’s been consistent for the past 11 months, and I’ve been with google for 8 Years.
My question is- Does anyone know if google has recently changed their Method for Targeting the ads? I noticed that the ads within my pages have NOTHING what-so-ever to do with the topic on the particular page.
Each page has correct meta data, including keywords, title and description, I know the pages are being indexed regularly, so where is google coming up with their ad info from

Hi, what is your opinion regarding the size of the content and the amount of ads.
For example how Google sees websites with 100-150 words and 3 ad-units and 2 link units and a search unit.
In this example are more ads then text.
AdSense tests Mouseover Effekt for text ads
Hello
I just noticed on one of my forums that AdSense uses a mouseover effect in AdSense text ads when viewed with IE 9. I never saw this with Firefox so I can’t really tell if this behavior is a small test or a large scale behavior change.
I find it interesting though.

Have you seen this behavior in FireFox as well?
What do you think about this? Good or bad?
Adsense via Adserver – what is allowed?

I never spend a thought about Adsense being delivered via an Adserver until 6 month ago where my direct advertising marketer approached me with this question.
In which cases could the delivery of Adsense Ads via an Adserver be not compliant with Google Adsense TOS?

- I used OpenX as adserver which simply passed the adsense code into the html source during deliveryI think that is OK

- Enabling the option “Alter HTML to enable click tracking for: Google Adsense” with OpenXNot so sure

- Delivering Adsense via Javascript Ad Tag (doubleclick Adserver) that does not pass the adsense code into the HTML source.Not so sure
