I was wondering if anyone would be so kind and tell me what I am doing wrong with adsense, I have read for hundreds of hours techniques, placements, do’s and dont’s, I’ve tried lots of different layouts yet nothing seems to work too well.

Hello,
My name is Andy and I own tabletroms.com and I am from Sarasota, Florida. I run my website out of my garage and my little dream is starting to grow but I need funding to pay for devices for my communities developers.
I was actually doing pretty good until I tried to experiment and now find that my cpc has almost been cut in half. My CTR is only around .30 but this is a forum and I dont know if there is anything I can do to really increase it.
I have read so much information to the point that I am confused and have drive myself bonkers.
Any pointers for the ad placement in my forums would be greatly appreciated.

I am a pediatrician working on an intensive care unit for premature infants and I am in the community building business for over 10 years.
5 Years ago when I was a student I started a forum for patients to ask medical questions.
Since then my former hobby has build into a full grown business.
I learned so much about website building, promotion, seo, advertising, link building and community management over the years and now it pays of.
The main secret to the success of my forum is that it totally focuses on delivering on its promise to my visitors.
I want them to get help with their medical problem and that is what we provide.
However the business site on my project is also important to me and that is one reason this forum exists in the first place.
The Adsense Placements on my forum are near perfect.
However if you have suggestions or ideas for improvements I am all ears

Hi everyone. I run a small website on Color Genetics that I’m trying to grow.
I’ve had adsense on my site since May and my CTR is pretty dismal despite my trying to optimize by changing positions/color etc.
A large part of my site is a forum and I’ve read that CTR’s for forums are generally lower than other types of sites. I’m hoping to hang around and learn as much as I can from everyone here and maybe improve things a least a little.
