[WordPress] Better ad placement?

I’d like to improve earnings as currently they are very low. I get around $3 per day for every 1,000 unique visitors.

I’m not sure what I could do to improve earnings. I was also thinking of placement infolink ads (Inline text advertising) to see if I could increase earnings or have 2 revenue sources, though I’m not sure how that would play out.

Any suggestions?

AdSense inside the last post – AdsenseExperts Exclusive

Hello

This is another AdSense implementation for your vBulletin 4.0 Forum.

This placement is exclusively released for AdsenseExperts.

You are allowed to use this placement on your own forum, however republishing this modification on other website is only allowed with prior written consent by me.

What this mod does
This mod adds a Google Adsense large rectangle inside the last post of each thread.

It is blended to complement your forum content but is clearly labeled as Ad to strictly separate Ads from content.

This approach is taken for the reasons discussed here:
Is too much blending bad for business?

Make sure you use the same colors as you use on your forum to optimize blending!
Note
This mod shows the AD only to GUESTS!

If you want to show it to your members as well remove the

$show['guest']

part of the condition!

AdSense integration together with nice welcome message

This mod adds a Google Adsense large rectangle below the navbar together with an eye catching welcome message and a call to action (registration).

This ad is the best performing ad on my forum. I run a forum with a fixed width and I think that on a fluid style this mod won’t look that good, but give it a try if you want.

Change my ad-formats for forum showthread pages – Urgent.

Hello,

I need immediate help to change advertisement format on our forums showthread pages..

I have attached the screenshot.

Our Setup: Using three leaderboards on showthread pages.

  • 2 below navbar
  • 1 above footer

I need to remove 1 leaderboard which is positioned below navbar and add a large square box just before the first post.

What should be best placement to make most out of our forum showthread pages

Do you harness the full potential of placement targeting?

Hello

I made a big change to my website that hopefully will increase my earnings a lot over time.

I run a medical forum for patients to ask medical questions. My forum has several medical categories with different topics.

So far I made extensive use of Adsense channels to track each of my Ads separately.

I also activated “placement targeting” for the best performing ad placements.

However I did not realize the full potential of “placement targeting” until yesterday after I talked to my direct advertising marketer:
